Our speaker on Tuesday, August 16 is Steve Shapson from Steve's Bees. Steve Shapson has been keeping bees for seven years.  As a member of the Mequon Nature Preserve Beekeeping Club he participates in club activities and attends monthly informational lectures and presentations. His Steve's Bee's Honey brand is sold at local stores and eateries in Mequon, Cedarburg, Brown Deer and Milwaukee. Steve's honey is served by several local restaurants and caterers. His clients include: Chef John Raymond of Two Chefs Tosa, Chef Andrew Wilson of Brandywine, Chef Adam Siegel of Lupi and Iris, Bacchus, Lake Park Bistro, and Discourse Coffee.
