Kathleen Cady Schilling is the Executive Director of Ozaukee Economic Development. Kathleen has been with OED for over 15 years and has been involved in economic development for over 25 years. Kathleen has previously worked for the City of Monroe in Michigan, Brookfield Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
