Upon returning to the United States several years later, Paul entered UW-Milwaukee and received his B.S. in Healthcare Administration. Over the next 25 years, he rose to the level of Administrator/Executive Director of large Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living organizations in the Southeastern region of Wisconsin.
