Doug Hansen, Brian Monroe, and Andy Moss updated club members on the recent Guatemala Medical Resource Partnership trip taken January 15-19, 2016.  Started 12 years ago with an idea generated by Doug Hansen, the project has grown each year in scope and now includes scholarship opportunities for students and a continuing care coordinator, not to mention improved community resources such as electricity and clean water improvements.  Forty-four volunteers triaged 796 people this January, with 732 people seen by providers.  Volunteers pay their own way.  All donations go to providing services in medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy.  For more information, go to gmrp.org
